A birthday where the guests leave with something they made instead of a party bag. Most of our workshops suit children and adults alike, so a family can book the same session together rather than splitting into two groups. Pottery painting and cookie decorating are the favourites for younger guests; paint and sip suits a milestone birthday for grown-ups.

Are the workshops suitable for children?

Most are. 33 of our 39 workshops are marked suitable for children and adults, and each workshop page states its age suitability. A handful are adults-only because of the materials involved.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes, bring the cake and candles. Tell us when you book so we can keep a table clear for it.

How many guests can we have?

Up to 60. For a birthday it is usually worth booking privately so the room is only your party.

What is included in the price?

All materials, tools and aprons, plus a host who guides the session from start to finish. You take home whatever you make on the day.
