Christina Cay
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Since founding Duende Lab in 2021, Christina has grown a small creative concept into a premium arts company delivering workshops, private events and brand activations for individuals and global organisations.
With a background in Business Management from Kingston University and years in client-facing roles, she shapes workshop concepts, visual direction, event experiences and brand identity, combining commercial thinking with a deep understanding of people and design.
Known for her energy, warmth and ability to connect, she believes creativity should be accessible, engaging and memorable. Under her leadership, Duende Lab has partnered with leading brands and private clients to create shared moments that bring people together.
In an age of AI and digital everything, face-to-face connection matters more than ever. People want to feel welcomed, understood and genuinely looked after. At Duende Lab, excellent customer service is the foundation of every workshop, event and brand experience we create.
Arthur Bryzghalov, CFA
Managing Director
Arthur leads Duende Lab's strategy, finance, technology and long-term growth, building the systems that let creativity scale without losing its personal touch.
After graduating in Political Economy from King's College London, he spent more than nine years in finance, advising global companies, governments and international organisations across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Australia on strategy, valuation and organisational growth. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
An enthusiastic photographer with a long interest in design and technology, he is drawn to building businesses where creativity and operational rigour work as one.
We often think of creativity and structure as opposites. The best creative businesses need both. My goal is to build a company where creativity flourishes because the systems behind it are strong, making creative experiences more accessible, scalable and impactful for everyone we serve.
