Where is the workshop location?

As we have three different venues all conveniently located at Battersea Power Station, the workshop location will be confirmed by your instructor prior to start of your class.

Our venues addresses:

Engine Room (our home base) - Battersea Power Station, 18 Circus Rd S, Nine Elms, London SW11 8BZ.

Scott House (with the Thames view) - 23 Circus Rd W, Nine Elms, London SW11 8EH.

Sky Lounge (14th-15th floor view) - 10 Electric Boulevard Battersea Power Station, London, SW11 8BT.

Which days are available?
Duende Lab is open every day, Mon-Sun, from 12pm - 8pm (last booking slot).

What is included in price?
All premium quality crafting supplies, complimentary drinks & snacks, and your finished creations.

Policy

Please, read our terms & conditions to find out our workshops' policy.

Non-Refundable Booking: Once booked, all workshop fees are non-refundable due to the preparation and material costs involved. We encourage participants to be sure of their availability before booking.

Transferable Reservation: While cancellations are not accepted, participants may transfer their reservation to another person if they are unable to attend. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to make this change.

No Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will be charged their workshop fee. This policy ensures that our resources are effectively utilised and helps us maintain the quality of the workshop experience.

Workshop Cancellation: In the rare event that the workshop is canceled by us, registered participants will be offered a rescheduled date.

Advance Notice for Transfer: To transfer your reservation to another individual, please provide us with the person's name and contact details at least 48 hours before the workshop. This allows us to update our records and provide them with necessary workshop information.
