Duende Lab’s workshop policy:

Liability:

• Participants are responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the workshop, and Duende Lab will not be held liable for them.
• Participants are fully responsible for any injuries or damages they may cause to themselves or others during the workshop.
• Duende Lab shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the premises by participants during the workshop.
• Duende Lab is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or property of participants during the workshop. 

Your Obligation:

By using our website or booking our services, you agree to:

• It is important to ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.
• It is important to follow all rules and guidelines set by Duende Lab during activities or events.
• Please ensure that you treat other participants and staff members with the utmost respect, honouring their rights, privacy, and dignity.
• It is important to use our website and services responsibly, making sure that your behaviour is in line with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Please avoid any actions that could disturb or hinder others from fully enjoying the workshop.
• Please make sure to inform Duende Lab immediately if there are any changes or updates to your contact information or booking details.

Broken craft pieces:

It is important to note that all workshop participants are expected to take responsibility for the care of their craft pieces, including jewellery and any art pieces created during the workshops. Participants are responsible for any damage to craft pieces and Duende Lab cannot offer exchanges or refunds in such cases. 

Photography and filming policy:

Photographs or videos may be captured during our events for promotional purposes. By participating in our events, you grant us permission to include your image in any relevant materials. Kindly inform our staff ahead of time if you prefer not to have your picture taken or be recorded.

Booking and payment:

To access our services, you must complete our booking process and submit the necessary payment. This process can be completed through our website or Classbento. Here are the payment methods we accept: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa. Reservations will be considered valid upon receipt of payment.

Private events: Please ensure that you make your booking at least 7 days in advance of your desired event date. 

Deposit:

For private events, a deposit payment of 50% is required when booking our workshops. Please ensure that the deposit is paid promptly upon receiving the booking confirmation. Please note that the remaining payment is required to be settled 4 days before the event date. 

Refund:

Public events:

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the event.
• In the event of a cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Private event:

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made 5 days prior to the event.
• In the event of a cancellation by us, we retain 50% of the deposit.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your booking by notifying us by email and calling our team at +447957275619. 

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified and offered alternative dates or a full refund.

No-Show:

If you do not attend a booked event without giving prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a no-show fee.

Important notice

Our workshops are intended for children aged 5 and above due to the presence of small parts. Therefore, children must be accompanied by at least an adult of age 18 or above. This is to prevent potentially dangerous situations, such as the risk of choking.

Duende Lab’s products (excluding workshops) policy:

Payment: 

To purchase our products, you must complete our ordering process and submit the necessary payment. This process can be completed through our website by placing your desired products in a basket and checking out. All payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Here are the payment methods we accept: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Maestro, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa. Orders will be considered valid upon receipt of payment.

Delivery:

Please note that orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days after having received the payment; however, in some unforeseeable and rare situations it is possible that orders may take longer to be dispatched. If you need your products urgently, please do not hesitate to call us at +447957275619. 

Our delivery options:

• Standard delivery: £3.50
• Premium delivery: £5.95

After having posted your order, we do not take responsibility for any delayed and non delivery as these circumstances are outside of our control. 

Exchange and Return:

If you have any change of preference after receiving your product you can exchange them within 14 days. 

In case of damaged items when an order is being delivered to you from Duende Lab, please contact us immediately at +447957275619. 

Exchanges are subject to these return conditions:

• Products are returned promptly within 14 days
• Products are in the original packaging, and condition
• Customers must show proof of purchase
• Customers must post the products to Duende Lab

We recommend you keep hold of your proof of postage when returning your order as we cannot be liable for any lost parcel in transit.

Refund:

We always try our best to provide our customers with a meticulous selection of products that we believe will satisfy our customers’ needs. If in any rare situations, you no longer want your items purchased from us, you have 14 days to return and request a refund after having received the item. 

All refunds are subject to the return conditions above. 

All refunds will be processed in the original payment method, please allow 5 working days for the refund to appear on your account.

Our beading kits are intended for children aged 5 and above due to the presence of small parts. It is important for adults to closely supervise children when using the beading kits to prevent potentially dangerous situations, such as the risk of choking. Caution: Keep away from pets.
