Rythm and Beads!
Duende Lab had the chance to host an exciting workshop for the members of the Spotify team. The event took place at our scenic HQ at Battersea station and lasted for a thrilling 2 days.
The Spotify team members saw this as an opportunity to build stronger relationships with their colleagues and took a break from their busy schedules to reconnect with themselves through our one-of-a-kind 90s jewellery workshop.

Embracing the good times
The event was packed with laughter and wholesomeness as the participants bonded with each other and picked away their charms. Living in a world where pressures to do well are high and deadlines hang around the corner, it is so easy to succumb to this force and take the little things in life for granted.
This is why participating in a small workshop like the team from Spotify can be a great way to take a little time off and appreciate the small things that life gives like a good friendship.

It’s such a grateful and fulfilling feeling when you see participants fully immersed in their craft because it means they’re reconnecting with their inner selves and asking questions like “what pieces do I like?”. This process seems so natural to humans but believe it or not we sometimes neglect ourselves.
Through our jewellery workshop, every Spotify member crafted such unique jewellery pieces while learning new things about themselves. Every person brought their own unique energy to the event, with some shining brightly for their innovative ideas, strong leadership, and active participation.
To anyone who’s going through a tough time, we encourage you to give yourself a pat on the back and take a moment for yourself because you’ve done incredibly well. I had an incredible experience witnessing the energy and creativity unfold throughout the day. Seeing everyone fully engaged in the process and connecting with each other was truly rewarding. It reinforced my belief in the power of collaborative creativity and strengthened our team’s bond.
