About this workshop

Shape soft, colourful clay into earrings, a mini sculpture or whatever takes your fancy - a relaxed, beginner-friendly making session.

There's something properly satisfying about working soft clay between your fingers and watching an idea take shape. This hands-on session is all about enjoying the process, with no pressure to be perfect and no experience required.

Our instructor shows you the simple techniques that make all the difference - blending colours, building patterns, and giving your piece a clean, polished finish so it's ready to wear, gift or keep. Fancy a bold pair of statement earrings? A tiny sculpture? A bit of happy experimenting? It's entirely up to you.

You'll sip on a drink as you work in a warm, sociable studio, and leave with a finished creation plus a new skill you can keep playing with long after the class wraps up.

Good to know

What can I make during the workshop?

You'll create small decorative pieces such as jewellery trays, ring dishes, trinket trays, miniature figurines, ornaments, candle holders, and other personalised keepsakes.

Can I make a large sculpture?

No. This workshop focuses on miniature projects, allowing you to create detailed decorative pieces rather than large sculptures.

What type of clay do you use?

We use high-quality air-dry polymer clay, which hardens naturally without the need for firing in a kiln.

Can I paint my creations?

Yes, you can paint them with acrylic paints before we apply a protective glaze.

Can I take my pieces home on the same day?

No. Your creations need time to dry completely before they can be painted and glazed. They'll be ready for collection a few days after your workshop, and we'll keep them in the studio for up to 7 days after they're ready.
